For customer service I would give 5 stars. I'm only leaving 4 because I feel that the price is a bit heavy for the selection and product. The arrangement was nice if not a bit small for the price. The flowers albeit common and not that special, were in excellent condition. The delivery was on point and the web site was very user friendly. I will most likely use them again but I will do more research for other providers for a more attractive price point.
