You get one chance to make a good first impression! With that being said the impression left behind was not the best one. I ordered a floral arrangement for Valentine's Day and a balloon to accompany the arrangement. The flowers were delivered successfully but not so much for the balloon? Very disappointing. But after it was discovered the balloon was not delivered a quick in immediate phone call was made and a refund was issued back to the credit card for the cost of the missing balloon. You had one job Petite Flower Shop, one job! Lol Oh well, the flowers were nice but I don't think repeat business is likely.
The rose arrangement far exceeded expectations. Prompt professional delivery something that is rare in today's world. Thank you and keep up the excellent work.
